How do I join the info session I registered for?

Each info session has its own unique Microsoft Teams registration link. After you register for your preferred session date and time, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email from Microsoft Teams containing your unique link to join the live session.

Where can I find the registration links for each session?

All registration links are listed on the event page under the “Location” section. Click "Access link" and it will direct you to each session's registration link.

Do I need to download Microsoft Teams?

Accepted Answer

You can join directly from your web browser—no download required! Just click your session’s link at the scheduled time and choose “Join on Web.”

What if I don’t receive my confirmation email?

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Microsoft Teams. If you still don’t see it, please email sdarmon@optionsforall.org for assistance.

Can I attend more than one session?

Yes! You’re welcome to attend multiple info sessions if you’d like a refresher or have additional questions about the program.
