As we move through transitions—big or small—self-care and presence are essential. Join us for an intimate, immersive 4-hour retreat designed for just five guests, where you’ll be guided through grounding rituals, gentle embodiment practices, and meaningful reflections.

Together, we’ll create space to release the old and welcome the new.
