Get inspired to add some local love to your meals and enjoy some of the best tastes around. Local favorite restaurant James Provisions, and our class guest chef Deborah Williamson, will shine a brilliant light onto the best ingredients of the season from right around here.
During class, you’ll get to sit back, relax, and enjoy a meal that celebrates eating well and eating local.
Local guest chef demonstration. You will be served dinner, but you will not be cooking in this class. For ages 18 and up. 21 and older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.
About James Provisions and Chef Deborah Williamson
Deborah Williamson is the chef and founder of James Provisions, a restaurant and neighborhood shop in Hurst, Texas. A proud Texan, she spent more than 20 years in New York City, where she ran James Provisions in Brooklyn for 15 years before returning home in 2022. In 2023, she reopened James Provisions in Hurst, continuing her vision of seasonal, ingredient-driven and seed oil–free food that nourishes and brings people together. Her work has earned her recognition as the 2025 Rising Star Award Winner (Texas Restaurant Association) and a nominee for Best New Restaurant & Chef of the Year (CultureMap Tastemaker Awards).
