Clinician's Happy Hour

Busy taking care of others? Tired of superficial happy hours?

Longing for genuine connection—but too depleted to take that step? I get it. That’s exactly why I’m taking this leap.

Every first Thursday of the month, I’ll be hosting a free Happy Hour for mental health professionals in our Gestalt community. My hope is to remind us all—what I’ve experienced time and again—that the synergy of groups is profoundly restorative.

6:00 p.m. – Light appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
Bring nothing, or bring something—or someone—to share or donate.

6:30 p.m. – We’ll gather in a simple circle process to “come as we are” and share the weight we’ve been carrying.
