The workshop will culminate with an interactive demo of the Food Explorer digital tool — empowering participants to make informed and sustainable food choices — followed by an aperitivo, providing the perfect setting to deepen connections and exchange ideas.

This event is organized by SWITCH, an EU-funded project (Project number: 101060483; CUP C23C23000000006). The overarching goal of SWITCH is to improve understanding of knowledge, accessibility, and facilitation gaps that limit the present large-scale adoption of sustainable and healthy diets among European citizens.
