Sakinah Franklin is a dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager with over 20 years of experience leading and transforming talent development across both military and government sectors. A retired U.S. Army Human Resources Officer, Sakinah served with distinction for 22 years, where she specialized in workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational strategy.

Armed with a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a background in accounting, she brings a strategic and data-informed lens to people operations. In her current federal role, Sakinah is known for driving high-impact initiatives that center inclusion, performance, and growth.

A passionate mentor and lifelong learner, she is deeply committed to helping others rise—whether through career coaching, team leadership, or empowering the next generation of public servants. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two adult children, both graduate students in Technology at Georgetown University.
