Clear Connections: Spiritually Held and Guided in Group Prayer/Meditation

Together, Francesca Bandino and Erik Torres will hold space every Tuesday throughout the day. Francesca will lead various guided prayer/meditations including those for opening up to possibilities, connecting with our higher selves, getting the answers we need, and others as intuitively guided. Through the energy of Francesca, the group will connect with the higher realms, while staying rooted and grounded through the energy of Erik.

• Prayer/Meditations will be 35 to 55-minutes long
• We will begin each session at the top of the hour at 1:00, 3:00, and 5:00
• Anyone who wants to sit in the space for prayer/meditation is welcome
