Every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:30–9:00 AM (GMT/BST)
Emotional regulation, somatic awareness, and poetic breath practices to begin your week anchored, not scattered.


✨ What to Expect

This 90-minute session is part sacred ritual, part nervous system hygiene. Using the Clear & Calm GPT—a custom AI companion—we guide you through structured breathwork, subtle body awareness, and emotional clearing exercises that restore balance and presence.

This is not meditation.
This is regulation. Reconnection. Reclaiming calm as a daily default.

⚠️ ChatGPT Plus is Required

To fully participate, you must have a ChatGPT Plus subscription (£20/month / $20 USD).
The Clear & Calm GPT is used directly in the session. Without it, you’ll miss the core experience. We’ll walk you through how to use it live—even if you’ve never touched AI before.


🧭 Session Flow (90 mins)

🕢 7:30–7:45 AMArrival + Breath Awareness

  • Ground into the space with a short guided breath scan.
  • Optional: poetic quote or one-word check-in.

🫁 7:45–8:05 AMGuided Breath Reset (with the GPT)

  • Participants open Clear & Calm GPT for personalized breath practice.
  • Coherent breathing, vagus nerve toning, or somatic micro-movements.

🌀 8:05–8:30 AMSomatic Presence + Emotional Clearing

  • Slow movement or stillness + body scan.
  • Emotional inquiry prompts drawn live from the GPT.
  • Optional: gentle shaking, sound release, or grounding exercise.

📖 8:30–8:55 AMJournaling + Sharing

  • Reflective prompt from the GPT (e.g., “What am I ready to release today?”).
  • Quiet journaling.
  • Optional group sharing (2–3 participants).

🔕 8:55–9:00 AMClosing Silence + Affirmation

  • A minute of silence.
  • Recite final affirmation from the GPT.
  • Blessing for the day.

Start Time?

Please arrive promptly at 7:30 AM (GMT/BST) to settle in. The space will open at 7:25 AM. Keeping Zoom Camera's on is compulsory to attend.

ChatGPT Plus Required?

You must have a paid ChatGPT Plus subscription to access the Clear & Calm GPT tool we’ll be using.

Replays?

This is a live-only experience. No recordings provided to maintain group presence and privacy.

Environment?

Please join from a quiet, private space where you can sit or lie down without interruptions.

What to Bring

A notebook/journal, headphones (optional), water, and a willingness to breathe and feel.

Do I need prior experience with breathwork or somatic practice?

No experience necessary. The session is fully guided, and gentle modifications are offered.

I’ve never used ChatGPT. Will I be lost?

We’ll walk you through how to use the Clear & Calm GPT at the start. It’s very beginner-friendly.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a peer-led guided self-regulation and awareness practice using breath, somatic presence, and reflection—not therapy or diagnosis.

Can I join late?

Doors close at 7:35 AM to protect the container. Late entry disrupts the shared rhythm.

Can I keep my camera off?

No — keeping your camera on is required. This session creates a shared field of presence and trust. When we see each other’s faces, we’re more grounded, connected, and energetically aligned. It’s not about being “watched” — it’s about showing up fully, as you are, for yourself and the group.

What if I get emotional during the session?

That’s welcome. You’ll be guided gently and can always pause, journal, or ground yourself. This is a supportive space.
