Dear Stakeholder:

DOER has incorporated the results of consultant analysis, policy considerations, and feedback received to date on the development of the Clean Peak Standard into a detailed draft regulation presentation and will be holding a stakeholder meeting to present it.

The presentation will include program details such as alternative compliance payment rates, annual obligation increases, eligibility criteria, and multiplier values.

Registration is required.

If you wish to attend, you must RSVP by no later than the end of the day on Monday, August 5, 2019 so that you can be on the registered attendee list provided to the venue.

The event will be in person only and there will not be a call-in number provided or a live video stream. However, DOER does intend to post both the presentation and audio from the event to its website immediately afterwards.
