Claydate LA Ceramic Coffee Cups Workshop
Overview
Come join us for a day of art making and community building through clay at Village Well Books & Coffee!
The team at Claydate LA will guide you through hand crafting ceramic coffee or tea cup. We will give you the tools and instruction to customize your work in your own unique style. To complete the process, you will choose your color combination from our specialized collection of food-safe glazes.
Tools, materials and individual workspaces will be provided, and we will bisque and glaze fire your pieces. Students can pick up their finished pieces from the studio two weeks after the workshop.
Come away with new skills, meaningful connections, and beautiful, functional art piece.
Village Well Books & Coffee in a beloved community hub located in downtown Culver City. Claydate LA is excited to host this workshop at the studio event space to gather and connect through the experience of making art.
All levels welcome, no experience required!
About Us:
Linda Rosenberg found her love of ceramics at a young age while attending Cranbrook Kingswood in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She is the creator of Motherpottery, and sells her work weekly at the Palms Farmer's Market.
Whitney Osborne is a ceramic and textile artist who has been working with clay for over 15 years. A former apparel designer, she combines her love of design with her passion for teaching.
