🎨What Are We Making?
Ever wondered what it’s like to create the tools you paint with? Or are you someone that has treasures that deserve their own special home? In this two-part clay workshop, we’ll shape, fire, and glaze our very own artist paint palettes/jewelry boxes and create a one-of-a-kind Ceramic piece that can be used every day!
✨ What We’ll Do:
- Session 1 – Design & Sculpt
Sketch your jewelry tray or paint palette design
Hand-build the base using slab, pinch, or coil techniques
Sculpt and attach decorative pieces or add texture
Assemble and refine details
Label and leave pieces to dry - Session 2 – Paint & Glaze
Paint designs and decorations with underglaze
Apply a clear or colored glaze
Studio fires the pieces in the kiln
Finished work will be ready for pickup once cooled

- 7 and above.
- Students ages 9 and under can be accompanied by a free adult

- Drop & Dash: Parents / Guardians, feel free to drop your kiddos off and enjoy a little break unless you are joining your 7-9 old in class! You can swing by at the end to check out their masterpieces! Please keep in mind we have regular classes after so please be on time for pick-up. 🎨
