This class is for pottery hand building. We are currently saving up to buy pottery wheels for wheel spinning classes!

Do I have to be an Artist to Join?

We welcome any and all skill levels! Our art instructors will offer help, encouragement, and support along the way. You do not have to identify as an artist to come to this class, but we hope that by the end you will walk away feeling like an artist :)

Create unique plant vases from clay. Beginners are welcome! We make our pottery classes easy for new clay artists.

You will receive 1 lb of clay to create as many clay items as you'd like! If you like to use your hands and find creating art soothing, this is the workshop for you.

Ages 12+ are welcome to join this event
Parking is available in front of PHX or at the parking lot of Our Savior Lutheran Church
Pottery will be ready to pickup or paint within 2 weeks (They need to be fired in the kiln). You can either paint your pottery after they're fired or let us paint it for you.

These are just a few ideas of what you could make, we encourage you to let your imagination run free and we will support your journey to create something amazing using clay!
