About this event

Arts • Orchestra

Our little concert event Classical: Reclaimed & Reimagined starts from a simple truth: for centuries, classical music has been gatekept—policed by heteronormativity, classism, and privilege. We’re tearing those walls down.

In our living-room–scale concert, hosted by violinist Davit Khachatryan, the velvet rope is gone: sit close, ask questions, and talk about what you’re feeling and thinking while listening. We strip the music to what matters—sound, story, people in a room. Intimate, approachable, even interactive.

Come for a night of listening and connecting. Stay for community.

Davit Khachatryan is a performing concert violinist based in Berlin. He is active chamber musician with the ArvesTrio, founder of Concert Circle, and regularly performing with orchestras including the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin. Prizewinner of international competitions, he holds a bachelor's in solo violin and a master's in chamber music from the Hanns Eisler School of Music. Davit performs both as a soloist and in chamber music groups, including his trio, and dedicates his work to fostering community, intercultural exchange, and activism through music.
