Event Liability Waiver

By attending and/or submitting payment for the 10-Year Class Reunion (“the Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Event is voluntary and may involve typical event-related risks, including but not limited to food consumption, physical activity, photo and video recording, and interaction with other attendees. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, committee members, volunteers, planners, hosts, and venue staff from any and all liability, claims, damages, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or property loss.

3. Health & Safety

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health and well-being. I agree not to attend the Event if I am feeling ill or exhibiting symptoms that may pose a risk to others.

4. Media Consent

I understand that photos and videos may be taken throughout the Event. By attending, I grant permission for my image to be used for reunion memories, recap posts, and promotion of future class events. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify an event organizer upon arrival.

5. Non-Refundable Payments

I acknowledge that all payments made toward the Event are fully non-refundable, including deposits, partial payments, and full balances, regardless of personal circumstances, cancellation, or inability to attend.

6. Alcohol Responsibility

If alcohol is served, I agree to consume responsibly. I understand that I am solely responsible for my actions and decisions related to alcohol use and any consequences thereof.

7. Agreement

By attending the Event or submitting payment, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms stated in this liability waiver.

Payment Security Clause

I will never send a payment request through Cash App or any peer-to-peer platform. If you receive a Cash App request claiming to be from me, please disregard it immediately, as it is not authorized and should be considered fraudulent. All payments will only be accepted through the official payment method provided.
