Clarity and Confidence: Pop-Up Workshop

We’ll ground with the redwoods, connect with eachother and move through simple embodiment practices that help you:

• Feel centered, so you can return to “home” within yourself, especially through the uncertainty of dating & relationships

• Tune into your inner wisdom, so you can recognize what feels like a full-body “yes” in this season of your life

Note: You don't have to be actively dating or in a relationship to join this workshop. It's all about how you are showing up for yourself - wherever you're at when it comes to love & relationships.

Details: We'll meet by the waterfountain at the Skyline Staging area and hike half-mile to a redwood grove. During the workshop there will be time for personal and group reflection as well as embodiment practices.

Our practices will involve standing, sitting and walking around - so please wear clothes you feel comfortable sitting on the ground with outside.

Bring a journal, pen, water and a snack if you'll need one!
