Thank you for your interest in attending the June 9 Citywide Physical Education Conference. After registration check-in at Clara Barton HS, the conference sessions will take place in 3 school buildings, all in immediate proximity, in order to accommodate the number of sessions offered.

Room numbers are prefaced by these building indicators:

PH is Prospect Heights Campus;

CB is Clara Barton;

ELJ is P.S. 241 Emma L. Johnson.

You may choose to register for a full-day workshop or three 90-minute workshops, depending on session availability. We hope you find the day productive.

Registration and Networking: 8:00 - 8:45 a.m.

Session I: 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.

Session II: 10:45 - 12:15 a.m.

Session III: 1:15 - 2:45 p.m.

Late Policy: Participants who arrive late are not guaranteed entry into pre-registered sessions.

Walk-in Policy: If you register on Eventbrite, but do not make session selections on Sched.org, you will be considered a walk-in, and may only register onsite for sessions with open seats.

All attendees must register using a NYC DOE email address.

Eventbrite captures your general registration information. Once you click "Complete Registration," you will be redirected to Sched.org where you will be prompted to create a password and select your sessions for the day. Your registration is complete after you make your workshop selections.
