Will my baby need a ticket?

Children under 3 years of age do not require a ticket, but must be seated on a parent or guardian’s lap during the performance.

Do you accept concession cards?

Concession cards are accepted. Please present your card at the box office to collect your ticket.

Question 3

Can I purchase food and souvenirs at the Circus?

Accepted Answer

Food and souvenirs are available for purchase at the circus. We accept both cash and EFTPOS, though please note that EFTPOS transactions may incur a small surcharge.

Question 4

Do you accept companion cards?

Accepted Answer

Companion Cards are accepted. To book tickets using a Companion Card, please call the box office in advance. Each card allows entry for one carer per companion. On the day of the show, please bring your Companion Card to the ticket office at least one hour before showtime to collect your tickets.

Question 5

Can I bring a pram inside the big top?

Accepted Answer

For safety and evacuation reasons, prams are not permitted inside the Big Top. We kindly ask that these be left outside the tent during the performance.

Question 6

Are the seats allocated?

Accepted Answer

Seating inside the Big Top is unallocated and operates on a first-come, best-dressed basis. We recommend arriving early to choose your preferred seats and settle in before the show begins!

Question 7

Can I purchase tickets at the ticket office?

Accepted Answer

Tickets can be purchased on-site from the box office one hour before showtime. We accept both cash and EFTPOS; please note that EFTPOS transactions may incur a small surcharge.

Question 8

Can I refund or exchange my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date, subject to availability. Please contact the ticket office to confirm. Refunds incur a $10 handling fee and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to showtime.

What happens if the show is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to exchange your ticket for another date.

Is the Circus wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Circus Aurelia is wheelchair accessible. To purchase tickets for guests using a wheelchair, please contact the ticket office in advance. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime so our staff can assist you comfortably.

Can I take photos during the performance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, photography during the performance is welcome! We love seeing your magical moments, so don’t forget to tag us when you share your photos online.
