Circle Choir Community Sing
Overview
At Boston-Area Singing Circles, we inspire deeper connection to ourselves, each other, and the Earth through song. We believe in the healing, freedom, and joy that can come through communal singing, and aim to make that experience more widely accessible.
At the Circle: This will be a 1-hour Community Sing, led by the Singers of Circle Choir. We will invite you, participants, into to the songs we've spent the past 6 weeks soaking in. There will be invitations to listen at times, sing out at times, and maybe even dance, and make up your own part!
About Circle Choir: We are are group of Singers that have committed to a 6-week Singing Circle Series. We sing songs that are powerful, uplifting, soul-food and stamina building for this time. We also play with various forms of vocal improv, body percussion and shapeshifting songs into something new. Join us as we share the melodies that resonated with us these past 6-weeks.
Location: First Parish Cambridge is a 5-minute walk from the Harvard T stop. There is street parking available nearby. Our circle upstairs in the Barn Room (there will be signs directing you once you arrive indoors).
Bring: a water bottle and snacks to share if you'd like.
Cost: Sliding Scale donation $10-30. No one turned away for lack of funds.
