Cinema 169: The Dead Zone


Join Gallery X on Friday, September 26 for Cinema 169, a free film series inspired by the visual art exhibitions on view at Gallery X. To coincide with the TOUCH TANK exhibition we will be screening the 1983 sci-fi thriller THE DEAD ZONE.

This event is free and open to the public, refreshments will be available to purchase inside Gallery X. Reserving tickets is not required, but encouraged.

Synopsis: A teacher (Christopher Walken) awakens from a five-year coma with supernatural powers. He struggles with his new gift and attempts to use it for good while coming to terms with the life he has missed out on. Based on the novel by Stephen King.
