About this event

Join us for a Monthly Walking Series in Cincinnati Parks on the third Saturday of each month!Enjoy a one-hour guided walk through a different park each time, taking in nature, fresh air, and meaningful conversation focused on whole-person wellness.

These walks are led by Dr. Barbara Walker and Kelly Lyle from the UC Osher Center for Integrative Health. With backgrounds in mindfulness, integrative medicine, and holistic health, Barbara and Kelly create a welcoming space where movement, connection, and reflection go hand in hand. Whether you're looking to relieve stress, improve your mood, or simply enjoy nature with a supportive group, these walks offer a pathway toward well-being, one step at a time.

This month, we’ll meet at Ault Park, —please park and gather at the cascading fountain near the pavilion (towards the side of the great lawn). Our route will take us along Ault Park’s scenic trails, with a focus on slowing down, tuning in, and being present in the natural beauty that surrounds us.

All are welcome—come move with us!
