CHW Circle: Child Care Search Support and Resources for Families

CHW Circle: Child Care Search Support and Resources for Families

By Minnesota Community Health Workers Alliance
Online event

Overview

The purpose of this presentation is to educate CHW on how to support families in accessing Child Care search assistance and resources.

Join us for this free Child Care Resource learning community.  This event is designed to help you learn more about the services that are available to Minnesota families as they navigate finding Child Care. Parent Aware offers free consultation, tools, and resources to help families find and access the quality Child Care and early education programs their children need to succeed in school and life. You will learn how families can get one-on-one support with their Child Care search by connecting with a Child Care Information Specialist, and what they can expect when they connect with a member of our team. You will also learn how you, the family, or you alongside the family, can navigate the Parent Aware website and complete a Child Care search independently by using our free Parent Aware online search tool. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about searching for Child Care and/or discuss challenges or successes you, yourself, and/or families may have experienced with accessing Child Care.

We look forward to joining you for this critical conversation about an area of need that can help Minnesota families thrive.
