Yes, arrive during open hours and a Chromatic Roots representative will walk you through purchasing your ticket on Eventbrite.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date and time?

Yes, 48 hours in advance. You can change your date/time in person at the venue or email us at chromatic.roots@gmail.com.

Can I arrive earlier than my slot time on my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on capacity you may enter early or if it is full you may explore our merchandise until your time slot begins.

Can I stay in the experience for more than 45 minutes?

Yes. If capacity is not full, you may explore for as long as you would like.

What happens if I arrive late?

We will allow late entry within a 15 minute time window, except when at full capacity.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes. Go to your Eventbrite purchase to edit the order information to change the name and email address associated with the ticket.

Tickets are refundable until 2 days before your event date.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, the venue has a record of your purchase. You may show your digital receipt when you arrive. It is recommended you print your ticket if you have purchasing issues.

A walk-through 360-degree immersive art installation of hand-made artworks.

Unfortunately due to the limitations of the campus, the experience is only accessible by stairs.

Can children come to Chromatic Roots?

Chromatic Roots is designed for children ten and up. Look out for an announcement on our Eventbrite and social media pages for designated events with increased monitoring for young children. No strollers are allowed.

Are there requirements to enter Chromatic Roots?

Be respectful. All of the structures and objects you see in this space is handmade or designed artwork. Respect your fellow visitors and event representatives. Anyone disrupting the experience for other guests will be asked to leave.

Chromatic Roots is a self-guided walk-through artistic experience. Your ticketed slot time for 45 minutes is the suggested time to enjoy the space.

Will there be strobe lights?

Traditional strobe lights are not used in the experience, however, there will be occasional flashing lights from projectors and LEDs. Please use your own discretion.

Will there be food and beverages?

No. In order to protect the hard work of our artists we are asking guests not to bring food and beverages into the experience.

There will be limited merchandise with unique handmade works from our artists for sale in the Chromatic Roots lobby.
