Christmas Tree Sip & Pour Candle Making Workshop at Wilderness Run Vineyard

Join us for an evening of wine and hands-on candle making at Wilderness Run Vineyards with Pearlescent Candle Co. Our workshops offer a unique opportunity to learn the art of candle making from our expert instructors AND sip some amazing local wine while doing so. You'll get to make your own 9oz Christmas Tree jar candle! You'll get to pick your wax color, blend your own fragrance and design a beautiful Christmas tree using glitter glue and more!

Spots for this workshop are very limited. Once it is sold out, no additional seats will be sold.

Important Note: We will be using glitter glue on the outside of the jar to create an ornaments effect on the outside of the jar. The candles will need to sit overnight for the glue to dry on the jars. They will be available for pickup the next day at the vineyard.

Wine and beer are sold separately and not included in the ticket price. We will be in the Vineyard Room in the back of the building, follow the Wine signs! Please do your best to arrive on time.

What's included:

• One 9oz Christmas Tree (green or white, depending on which you select) to create your 100% coconut-soy wax candle in.
• The option to dye your wax from available 24+ colors.
• Over 20 fragrance options! Lots of Holiday scent options! You can also blend fragrances together to make your own personal aroma.
• A full array of glitter glue to create a fun ornament effect on your tree.
• Sparkles you can add on the top to make your candle shimmer!
• Guided instruction

Your candle must set overnight to allow for the glitter glue to harden. If you opt to not use glitter glue, your candle will be ready to take home after 30 minutes.

Our Christmas Shoppe at the Vineyard will be open from 8:30-9pm for guests to shop once they've finished creating their candle.

During the workshop, you'll discover the secrets of creating your own beautiful and fragrant candles. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned candle enthusiast, our workshops are designed to cater to all skill levels.

Important Notes: Due to how late this event goes, it is a 21+ workshop/event. Minors are not allowed. We offer family friendly workshop options every Saturday at our store in Spotsylvania Towne Centre. Since we will be handling hot wax, a waiver is required to be signed before you begin your class. Any unsafe or overly drunk behavior will result in being removed from the class.
