What age is the event suitable for?

Christmas Minecoders at W5 LIFE is for children aged 8+. We have a strict age policy and no under 8's can attend.

Do I have to stay with my child?

No.  You can leave your child with our trained staff and spend a few hours catching up on Christmas shopping.

How much is the session?

The workshop is £10 per child

Is there access to parking?

15 minutes free parking is available at the start and end of each camp, to allow you to park and drop off/pick up your child

Does the workshop include access to W5?

No.  If you wish to also visit W5 you must book online at www.w5online.co.uk

I can no longer attend, can i get a refund?

If you cancel your attendance more than 7 days before the event we can refund you (minus Eventbrite fees).  any cancellation made less than 7 days before the event cannot be refunded

Can my child leave unaccompanied?

Accepted Answer

Due to our child protection policy only children who are aged 13 or older may leave unaccompanied. You must sign a permission form to allow this. All children under 13 must be collected by an adult.
