Christmas Light Ride 2025

Each year Sunset Hills neighbors decorate the neighborhood with an amazing display of holiday lights. There is no charge to ride through the neighborhood, but we do ask that you bring non-perishable/canned food items to help feed those in need. We will gather at First Christian Church to start our ride. We will have a collection box available for you to donate canned goods. We will have some snacks following the ride.

This ride is on paved roads so ride whatever bike you would like. This is a family friendly event, but the roads are not closed so you will be required to have lights and to follow all rules of the road. We will break into smaller groups based on pace. The suggested route is the running of the balls route https://www.therunningoftheballs.com/course-map. Decorate your bike, or yourself, with festive lights. This is a casual ride to enjoy the lights and the good company of other cyclists. The offical ride will be two laps. We will stop along the way for a group picture!
