Christmas Cookie Decorating with Mandy Metts

Get in the holiday mood with good friends, good food, and cookie decorating! We will learn royal icing cookie decorating techniques and leave class with EIGHT decorated cookies. The photo shows six but you'll get to choose two extra shapes.

Ice breaker craft included - You will have the choice of making a silicone beaded scribe or a beaded key chain or pen.

Class price includes: Baked sugar cookies (GF available for an extra charge), pre-mixed royal icing, and tools to make your own cookie scribe. You will also get a printed instruction guide with step by step directions and a copy of my cookie and icing recipe!

In class we will cover the basics of baking, decorating, icing consistency, and how to outline and flood.
