Kenya Hughes serves as the Community Relations Coordinator and Manager of the Khutsala Artisans Division at Heart for Africa, a faith-based humanitarian organization working in Eswatini to bring hope through sustainable agriculture, education, healthcare, and employment. In her dual role, she leads strategic community engagement efforts and oversees the artisan division that empowers local creators in Eswatini through dignified employment.

With over 23 years in retail leadership, Kenya honed exceptional communication and people management skills that now fuel her mission-driven work. Since joining Heart for Africa two years ago, she has leveraged her expertise to foster partnerships, amplify impact, and nurture relationships that support the organization’s vision.
