Thank you so much for purchasing your ticket! Keep an eye out for your package in the mail and make sure to keep it out of the sun and around 70-75ºF. Preferably in a dark cabinet, not the refrigerator, if possible. Storing chocolate in the fridge is too cold and creates condensation on the chocolate. It changes the look, the texture and the mouth feel of the chocolate's temperament.
