On November 19, 2024, IP litigators and industry experts from top law firms such as Banner Witcoff, UB Greensfelder, Benesch Friedlander, Vedder Price, and ArentFox Schiff will present sessions on all aspects of the litigation process, from filing a complaint through preparing for trial. Specialized breakout session for attorneys focused on trademark litigation and another for patent litigation will be offered, along with opportunities for networking with speakers and other attendees. The IP litigation bootcamp is for women+ associates just beginning their careers and/or those interested in learning more about the litigation process.
