There’s no better way to socialize than by creating and sharing a meal together. Join us as we guide you through the art of making authentic Chinese-style pork and vegetable dumplings — both fried and steamed. These flavorful delights are a complete meal and can also be frozen for quick dinners in a pinch.
Whether you want to watch or roll up your sleeves and join in, this is a fun and delicious experience you won’t want to miss!
After cooking the dumplins we'll sit and enjoy our creations accompanied by edamame and home made miso soup!

- Hands-On Instruction: Your expert instructor will walk you through every step, from mixing ingredients to folding and cooking techniques.
- Interactive Experience: You'll have the opportunity to participate in mixing, folding, and cooking — plus ask questions and mingle with fellow foodies.
- Feast Together: After the dumplings are prepared, we’ll sit down to enjoy the meal. Each participant will receive 15-20 dumplings.
- Outdoor Setting: The class takes place outdoors at the organizer’s home, with plenty of free parking available.
- BYOB: Please bring your own drink of choice. (We have water)
