Pick up at 09:30 will be from Amersham Railway Station (there is a direct train from Marylebone which takes less than 40 mins).
10am - The first stop is a guided nature walk through Whiteleaf Hill. The autumnal leaves will be showing and @alex_uk_bushcraft will be able to share the seasonal fauna and flora details on the gentle 40 minute stroll.

11:15 - Stop 2 will have the excellent Block and Butcher put on an introductory class to discuss all things meat.This is for anyone wondering about the different cuts and what to buy according to the season, as well as picking up some basic traditional and contemporary butchery skills.
12:30 - Stop 3 will be a delicious 2 course lunch at Oxmoor Farm. They produce stunning seasonal plates and are on a mission to make the planet a better place through food by shining a light on the way it is produced, supplied and consumed.

14:30 - Stop 4 will be a wine and cheese pairing at No.2 Pound Street. A specially curated pairing of 4 English cheeses with wines from boutique vineyards.No.2 Pound Street is your quintessentially British-focused cheesemonger and wine shop focused on small, niche producers. A true local Chiltern artisan.
We will then be returning to Amersham Railway station for drop-off by 4pm.
