PLEASE NOTE: All classes are in person.
Feel ready and empowered going into your birthing time! Our birth class is taught by a Lamaze/CAPPA certified nurse and covers everything from how to handle unmedicated births, to planned c-sections! We cover information on healthy pregnancy, how to recognize labor, medical procedures like inductions, epidurals, C-sections, and VBACs. The instructor also commits an entire class to unmedicated comfort techniques such as positioning, counter pressure, massage, and essential oils. We also go over what to expect postpartum and how to heal. We are inclusive of all family structures and welcome any birthing people and their partner(s) of choice to join in the fun!
