Part 1 – Welcome + Inspiration (30 min)
• What “AI for Good” really means
• Examples from ChiEAC’s work in Chicago communities

Part 2 – Tool Lab (90 min)
• Guided practice with AI tools
• Breakouts to design mini-projects such as a chatbot, secure database, or data visual.

Part 3 – Ethical AI (30 min)
• Open discussion on bias, privacy, and responsible AI use

Part 4 – Showcase & Reflection (60 min)
• Share your prototype with the group
• Peer feedback and community takeaways
