The meals here are focused on supporting the anti-inflammatory diet, so that food is truly medicine which is full of antioxidants to decrease inflammation. In addition to being vegan, dairy free and gluten free, we also are nightshade free. When it comes to autoimmune disease and some cases of chronic inflammation, nightshade vegetables can cause more harm. So, learn about decreasing inflammation while eating nutrient dense delicious food.
