Fred and Melissa Falcone, farmers at True Cut Ranch, will guide you through the process, teaching you valuable skills that you can use at home. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to learn more about where their food comes from. Don't miss this unique opportunity to connect with your food in a meaningful way!

What's included?

  • Hands-on experience
  • Lunch (True Cut Ranch pasture-raised pulled pork, slaw, chips, baked beans, apple cobber with local apples)
  • One whole chicken, which you'll help process, to take home (add on more at $22 each)
  • Choice of activities after we're done processing: join Fred for a farm tour and receive guidance from Fred about how to raise poultry from brooding to the field or join Melissa to explore possibilities for what to do with all the chicken you'll now be ready to process at home, including freezer organization, pressure-canning, broth making, and more
