1. Is there an ID requirement?
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all attendees at check-in.
2. What is the refund and transfer policy?
All tickets are non-refundable.
• For attendees of the postponed 2025 event: Your passes have been automatically transferred to the April 2-6, 2026 dates. No action is needed.
• For current & new ticket buyers: Ticket transfers to another person are permitted. The final deadline to request a ticket transfer is March 15, 2026.
3. How do I get my wristband?
You will receive your event wristband at the CSBF registration desk at the Hilton. All attendees must present a valid, government-issued photo ID that matches their ticket confirmation to receive their pass. The registration schedule will be posted on our official website, chicagosalsabachata.com, closer to the event date.
4. What is the photography/video policy?
Professional photography and videography are exclusively for our official media team. Personal cell phone cameras are welcome, but the use of professional equipment (e.g., cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, lighting) is not permitted in the ballrooms without a media pass.
