CHHAMH UNIVERSITYFour-Week Course OverviewCohort 001: The Healing Series
Welcome to CHHAMH University, a four-week cohort-style course created by Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health (CHHAMH) for individuals committed to emotional growth through therapeutic engagement and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).
This course is not group therapy, and no deep trauma work will be conducted. Instead, it serves as an educational alternative to therapy — offering guided support to help participants build emotional tools, gain self-awareness, and take clear next steps in their healing journey.
