Grace McMahon | Endometriosis Practitioner & Coach Helping women with endo navigate their diagnosis, support their emotional wellbeing & find sustainable ways to manage their symptoms to regain a sense of control in their lives. Through 1:1 coaching, I work closely with clients to give them the space to feel seen, heard and find relief after years of fighting with symptoms, professionals & against their own bodies. I also provide support for those caring for or living with someone with endo to help them navigate & maintain healthy relationships.

Endometriosis is an inflammatory chronic illness that can be debilitating & life changing, affecting 1 in 10 women & AFAB people. So it might not be you but you’ve probably crossed paths with someone - your partner, friend, sister, mother, or even a colleague living with endo. Awareness is key for offering your support.
