This celebration highlights the rich agricultural heritage and vibrant local food system of the Red River Valley — and we need your help to make it possible.
We will be providing a dynamic selection of culinary samples made to showcase the products of all the farmers, foragers, bee keepers, gardeners and growers.
Experience the bounty of the valley through a culinary tour, educational classes for beginning farmers, connecting with local experts.
