Chef’s Table: A Celebration of Summer in Italy
Step into the warmth of an Italian summer with our seasonal Chef’s Table and wine pairing, an intimate and immersive dining and wine experience inspired by the vibrant flavors of the season. In the spirit of a traditional Italian osteria, our chefs will guide you through a thoughtfully curated menu that celebrates the bounty of summer — with each course featuring peak seasonal produce at its finest. Scott Roughgarden from Poggio Del Moro will lead us in a 5 course wine pairing, where he will guide you through the combintation of flavors.

The evening will unfold with amuse bouche followed by four classic Italian courses — antipasto, primo, secondo, and dolce — each telling a story of regional tradition and seasonal excellence. The pairings will enhance the flavors and Scott will teach you how to create a pairing of your own at home.
This chef-led experience invites you behind the scenes, offering a rare glimpse into our open kitchen where you can witness the artistry and care that goes into each plate. Engage with our chefs, ask questions, and take home tips and techniques that bring a taste of Italy to your own kitchen. Scott will teach you the proper techniques of tasting and what makes each bottle so special.
