Chef’s Table: An Emilia-Romagna Dinner with an appearance by Zucchero
Eataly is celebrating Zucchero’s Overdose D’Amore World Tour in Los Angeles (happening on October 19) with a special evening inspired by his roots at Eataly's La Scuola on October 20. Eataly Area Chef Giuseppe Manco and Head Chef Alberto Bertocin will be crafting a menu focused on the Emilia-Romagna region. Over the hour and a half, our Eatalian chefs will cook and serve a 3-course menu for you to enjoy with a special appearance by the legendary Zucchero himself.
This chef-led experience invites you behind the scenes, offering a rare glimpse into our open kitchen where you can witness the artistry and care that goes into each plate. Engage with our chefs, ask questions, and take home tips and techniques that bring a taste of Italy to your own kitchen.
