You've entered the world of cheesemaking and are ready to venture into some intermediate to advanced techniques - this is your class.

This class is for those of you who have made a cheese or two and are ready to take steps beyond the basics of making cheese. In this class we will discuss things such as how to cultivate your own molds, how to make your own cultures, how to wax and bandage and the different types of molds for different cheeses. After you sign you you will have the opportunity to reach out with questions you may have and would like answered during the course of this class.
