Feb 13th Circle Update:

Do you know what sisterhood is about?
It’s about showing up—fully, fiercely, and with love.

When a sister is struggling, we rally. We lift her up. We remind her she’s not alone.It’s about laughter that makes us cry, dreams that push us higher, and celebrating each other’s beauty, passion, and joy.

For too long, women have bonded over pain. But here, in this community, we choose something different—joy, power, connection.

Just like magic this week, our circle lands right on Galentine's and the full moon!!!

Please bring a small bouquet of flowers as we are going to combine all bouquets and create new ones weaving in our love, support and sisterhood into each one.

In general, this is what we do in the circle:

1. Introductions

2. Movement - (yoga, ecstatic dance, somatic movement, breath work, Gestalt method inspired therapy, Trantric practices and more). The purpose of this is to get out of our busy heads and drop into the body, into our intuitive knowing, gut feeling, and heart knowing - the places of real wisom and creative solutions.

3. Discussion - heart open, confidential, deeply healing.

Why do women come to the circle? Here are some reasons women express often:

"I am looking for supportive community"

"I want to make friends, and most of all develop deep meaningful friendships"

"I want to ignite my feminine energy and sensually, live more in flow and ease"

"I realize I give and please and take care of everyone and everything... I don't know how to ask for help. I feel guilty and pulled in all directions..."

"I am so much in my head... overthinking, doing, busy all the time... I want to be more present, enjoy my life more."

"I have no one to share what really is going on in my life. My family and people around me don't get me"
