Charcuterie Workshop by The Handcrafted Board

You are cordially invited to join Chilly Hollow Brewery's latest charcuterie workshop being offered by The Handcrafted Board!

Charcuterie artist, Alexandra Klassen, has paired up with her talented woodworking husband to offer each guest the opportunity to take home a custom, handcrafted, petite charcuterie board which will be complemented beautifully by a delightful selection of fine cheese, meat, fruit and more!

Each guest will be instructed on the intricacies of making a company-worthy charcuterie display that will look almost too pretty to eat. This class will be informative, creative, and above all, so much fun!

Frequently asked questions

Do Returning Guests Receive a Discount?

Any returning guest who brings their charcuterie board from the first workshop will be eligible for a 20% discount. Please contact the instructor for a special code.

How does this second workshop differ from the first workshop?

Besides covering the basics of charcuterie building, this workshop will incorporate beautiful, fresh, food-safe flowers and advanced finishing touches.

Are dietary / food sensitivity options available?

Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of food sensitivities, the instructor is unable to guarantee that there will not be cross contamination.
