Join us at Barnard Griffin Winery on Wednesday, November 26th at 6:30pm to build your Thanksgiving charcuterie board.

During this workshop we will show you 2 different ways to prepare your cheeses, arrange your large charcuterie board and enjoy a food & wine pairing.

Wine Club members are encouraged to call the tasting room to receive your wine club price on this class of $90.00 per ticket. (509)627-0266


Tickets include:

  • ( 1) 16" round charcuterie, feeds 8-10 people
  • Both imported and domestic cheeses including Cougar Gold Cheese
  • Locally cured meats from Olympia Provisions
  • Housemade crackers, grissini, shortbreads & jams
  • Assorted accoutrements
  • Demi baguette for you to take home

Want to bring a friend/family member to help you build your charcuterie board? Email events@barnardgriffin.com to add them on for an additional $30.00. They will receive their own food and wine pairing with this ticket cost.


Classes/events are non-refundable within 10 days of the class/event. If you cannot attend and it is 10 or less days until the class/event, you may transfer the tickets to someone else. Please communicate any scheduling conflicts with Barnard Griffin.
