Paying attention to where you feel the vibration in your body. Sing chants from a variety of world cultures. Improvise with your favorite sounds. Individualize the practice for each person. Choose simple sounds - bija sounds and seed syllables - to correspond with the chakras.

Chantress, sound artist, Yoga of the Voice™ instructor, and Somatic Sounding™ co-founder Pinna Joseph will conduct this workshop.
