Meet Your Speaker: Megan Wollerton, Owner of Life Force Wellness
Megan has a passion for teaching and coaching well-being, with expertise ranging from exercise and diet planning to mental resiliency. Her work supporting those facing burnout led her to create Life Force Wellness, a corporate wellness consulting firm. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in psychology, and certifications as a personal trainer, health coach, nutrition coach, corporate wellness specialist, and positive psychology practitioner.
