About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes

In June 2024, Paul Anderson introduced the Eagle Group to Journey to You 2.0: Commit to WhocYou Are, a thought-provoking session focused on discovering purpose, vision, and mission—what he calls your “MVP.” This follow-up session continues that journey and advances the thinking by introducing a practical tool for action: the GPS framework—Goals, Path, and Support.

Through a compelling journey metaphor and an interactive Think-Write-Share exercise, participants will begin mapping out how to move from clarity of direction (MVP) to confident action (GPS). Whether you’re in transition, seeking greater alignment in your work life, or

simply ready to take the next step, this session will help you connect the dots between who you are and what you do—on purpose.

Participants will leave with a practical worksheet they can use to start building their own

Personal Operating Model, and those interested in going deeper will have the opportunity to connect with Paul for follow-up support or attend a future workshop.
