About this Event

About the Webinar

Have you ever referred to “change management” as “resistance management”? Most organizational change is met with some degree of resistance. While this can be especially true for some large, more established organizations, whose cultures have not historically demonstrated widespread adoption of new ways of doing things, the same holds true for some smaller, founder-led organizations, too. Throughout more than a decade of collaborations with over 200 government and non-profit agencies, Measurement Resources has experienced all manner of resistance, as well as 180-degree organizational change that has utterly altered the trajectory of organizations for the better—paving the way for high-performing cultures to achieve sustainability by capturing the attention of funders and other stakeholders.

Join Measurement Resources’ Elizabeth Pafford for a FREE webinar from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 28, as she shares insights into best practices specific to implementing new data collection efforts. In this webinar, we’ll explore both proactive and reactive implementation strategies that result in effective change management with the ultimate goal of producing better outcomes. From visible and vocal commitment from leadership and the co-creation of outcome measures to sustainable processes and feedback loops, we’ll share some of our past clients’ success stories, silver bullets, and more.
