This will be recorded for anyone who has a last minute challenge with attending.

About your host - Dr Jen Frahm
With early roles in television copyriting, advertising agencies and marketing, it was little surprise that communication was a focus when Dr Jen headed to university.Her double major was Organisational Communication and Management, her Honours research looked at communication processes in innovation, and her PhD focused on how different communication models impacted change recipients during continuous change.This intersection of industry experience and academia meant she is one of the world's leading experts in Change Communication.Now with three books published, and the Managing Director of the Agile Change Leadership Institute she is known for being an extraordinary teacher and facilitator often dipping in to her examples of current consulting and contracting examples.
